Day 1 – Nairobi - Aberdare National Park
Start the morning with a short briefing with your expert driver, and the drive towards Aberdares national Park. The Aberdares are part of Kenya 's central highlands. Animal life is most abundant in the forest zone with Large mammals are represented by elephants, buffalo, bongo and black rhino among others. Carnivores include lion and leopard, whereas primates are represented by baboon, black and white colobus and sykes monkeys. The park is rich in bird life with over 250 species recorded. Overnight at the The Ark . (or similar).
Day 2 – Aberdare – Mount Kenya
After breakfast, drive to Mount Kenya national Park,home to Kenya 's highest mountain and ancient volcano lying astride the equator,. Its icy summit rising to a height of 5,199m. The entire mountain above the 3,200m contour forms a National Park. It's ascent takes you through several distinct vegetation zones - the game rich rain forests which cover the lower slopes; above this the bamboo belt; then parklands leading to alpine moor lands with their distinctive vegetation of giant groundsels and lobelias and tarns of crystal clear water; and finally out of the screes rise the glaciated summits of Mount Kenya. Enjoy this serene landscape with an overnight at the Mount Kenya Safari Club (or similar)
Day 3 – Mount Kenya – Nakuru
In the early morning, view the picturesque mount Kenya while you have your breakfast. Later take a drive to Lake Nakuru , one of the Rift Valley soda lakes. Greater and Lesser Flamingos flock to the lake. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons and other large mammals., such as the Black and White rhinos have also been introduced. Overnight at the Sarova Lion Hill or similar.
Day 4 – Nakuru – Masai Mara
Morning game drive on the shores of lake Nakuru , then head for the seventh wonder of the world - Masai Mara. Proceed on a late afternoon/early evening game drive on arrival enroute to the Keekerok Lodge (or similar) for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Masai Mara
Pre - breakfast game drive. After breakfast continue with you full day game viewing activities as numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, Zebra and Maasai giraffe can be seen while scavengers like hyena and vulture are common. The park contains all the big five which may be seen during your viewing drives. Picnic lunch in the bush. The reserve is noted for its high animal concentration and abundance. Dinner and overnight at the Keekerok Lodge or similar.
Day 6 – Masai Mara – Nairobi
Early morning game drive. Have lunch enroute to Nairobi , arriving early evening. After you freshen up at your day room, have a farewell dinner at the carnivore restaurant, enjoying various game meet served at non-stop to your request. Later transfer to the airport for your onward flight connection home.
6 Days - Amboseli - Mt. Kenya – Nakuru – Naivasha
Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli
Depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park via Namanga border town for lunch. Arrive in time for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena or Similar.
Day 2: Amboseli
Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. A further game drive will follow. Plains game including giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and various antelopes can be seen. A lunch and leisure break at the lodge will be followed by an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which can be seen in clear weather. Elephants and hippos can be seen bathing in the swamp grounds which get their water from springs fed by the melting snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro . Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena or Similar
Day 3 – Amboseli – Mt. Kenya
From the plains of the Amboseli, head to the beautiful Mount Kenya national park. Game viewing enroute to Sweetwaters Tented Camp, a sheltered oasis, clustered around a waterhole and set in the pristine calm of a private wildlife conservancy. Abounding with wildlife, unfettered by the more rigorous strictures of the Kenyan National Parks and designed to offer a charming blend of under canvas ambiance and uncompromising luxury. Dinner and overnight at the sweet waters tented camp or similar.
Day 4 – Mount Kenya – Nakuru
In the early morning, view the picturesque mount Kenya while you have your breakfast. Later take a drive to Lake Nakuru , one of the Rift Valley soda lakes. Greater and Lesser Flamingos flock to the lake. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons and other large mammals., such as the Black and White rhinos have also been introduced. Head to Lake Naivasha , the bird lovers paradise.Stop over for Lunch enroute at Elsamere in Naivasha, the former home of Born Free's Joy Adamson. Lunch & afternoon boat rides at the lake. Enjoy the viewing of the Columbus monkeys as they feed on the bustling vegetation. Dinner and overnight at the Great Rift Valley Lodge (or similar).
Day 6 – Naivasha – Nairobi
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, enjoy lunch and later start your drive to Nairobi , arriving early evening. Enjoy dinner at the Indian restaurant of Haveli's.Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
6 Days - Samburu - Mt. Kenya via Nyahuru – Nakuru – Naivasha
Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu
On Arrival with your early morning flight, meet with your safari guide driver for briefing, and depart towards Samburu Game Reserve. Late lunch at Samburu Serena lodge with afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Larsens Game lodge.(or similar).
Day 3: Samburu
Full day game drive at Samburu game reserve. All meals and overnight at Larsens Game Lodge or similar.
Day 4: Samburu – Mt. Kenya
